    Allocation Viewer  (View image)

    The ‘Allocation Viewer’ allows the user to perform ‘what if’ scenarios with “Jobs, Orders, Transfer Orders or Items”. By exploding out a given item numbers bill of material from 1 to 99 levels, the user gains instant access to material availability throughout the entire bill.

    Syte Scoreboard  (View image)  (View image)

    The ‘Syte Scoreboard’ gives managers, supervisors and/or general users access to critical company information instantly. From one screen you can see view fill rates, shop output, shipping units/dollars and orders booked units/dollars.

    ASN Generator  (View image)

    The “ASN Generator” will create standard EDI 856 transaction files based on customer number and ship date. These files can then be imported into your EDI package and sent on to your customer.

    Production Hold

    This program allows you to prevent the release of a Syteline Job due to quality issues, engineering changes, material issues, etc.. By simply checking the “Production Hold” check box on the item maintenance screen, you can halt any new jobs for the ’on hold’ item from being released to your production floor until the item is ready to be produced again. The “Production Hold System” also alerts customer service that an item is on production hold when customer order lines are entered.

    CS Messenger

    The CS (Customer Service) Messenger displays informational messages during Syteline order line entry. Each item and message is defined and maintained using Microsoft Excel.

    Production Paperwork

    This database trigger works off the release of Syteline Jobs to print the Job Paperwork automatically, thus eliminating the need to take the extra step of printing the Job Paperwork manually. This program can also be configured to print job labels using Jetforms.

    The Syteline Drawing Viewer works off of the item maintenance drawing field as a right-click option. Engineering simply enters the drawing file name into the drawing number field and users have instant access to view auto-cad drawings right from Syteline. Volo View Express is required.

    Syteline PDF Viewer

    The Syteline PDF Viewer allows users to access item specific PDF documents directly from Syteline. This can be configured to work with any Syteline GUI screen with an item number. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
